How we compare
RotaPulse assesses fatigue risk from the schedules you already use. Keep your existing scheduling system and import its data into RotaPulse. Free covers up to 10 workers; paid plans are £49, £99 or £199 per workspace per month before applicable VAT. Enterprise capacity and services are quoted individually.
RotaPulse covers bus, ambulance, logistics, healthcare and any other sector that needs Working Time Regulations fatigue scoring. One flat price, all sectors.
What counts as a worker?
Each distinct worker stored in your workspace counts once, across all imports. Re-importing the same worker ID does not use another seat. Remove unused worker records to free capacity. Existing data is retained if you downgrade above your new limit.
Can I switch plans?
The workspace owner can change plans in the billing portal. It shows the effective date and any prorated charge before confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
What happens when my trial ends?
Free continues: imports, fatigue scoring and the team grid for up to 10 workers. After the 14-day trial, paid features need a subscription. Your existing data is retained.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes - annual plans are billed upfront and save you 2 months compared to monthly.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months. Cancel in the billing portal before renewal to end the subscription at the end of your paid period.
