Fatigue360 (the UK rail incumbent) charges £150/month admin plus £75/month per user plus £10/month per viewer plus £1/month per worker plus a 20% annual support surcharge and a £1,500 onboarding fee. What counts as a worker?
Anyone on your rota. Workers are counted at the point of ingest - if you upload a rota with 30 names, that's 30 workers against your plan limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
You keep access to your data but ingest and scoring pause until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes - annual plans are billed upfront and save you 2 months compared to monthly.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly plans are cancel-any-time. Annual plans run for 12 months. No minimum term, no auto-renewal surprises - we email you 30 days before renewal.
