This is the real RotaPulse, on a week that has already been scored. The team does not exist and nothing here saves, so click anything you like.
A ward week: a run of four consecutive night shifts on the back of a prior night block, long physical evenings on minimum breaks, and a settled day pattern for contrast.
It opens on a separate address, so it can never touch a workspace you are signed in to. There is no reset button because there is nothing to reset: the demo cannot be changed.

Start on the Overview
Under “Needs a decision” are the duties worth an argument this week, ranked. Not every flag: the ones that change what you do on Monday.
Open a cell in the team grid
Every duty carries a Fatigue Index and a Relative Risk, with the reasoning behind both. Click any cell, or use the arrow keys and Enter.
Then the Decisions queue
Fixes sit in four states: seen, applied, not confirmed, and cleared. Look at the tabs. That is the part of this that no other tool will show you.
Why a flag does not clear when you say it is fixed
RotaPulse never edits your rota. It proposes the smallest change that brings a duty back within reference, you make that change in the system you already roster in, and you mark it applied. The flag does not clear at that point, because nothing has been proved yet. It clears when your next import comes back and the duty scores within reference.
That is why the Decisions queue has a not confirmed tab. A fix went out, fresh data arrived, and the duty is still over. Most tools cannot tell you that, because they treat marking something done as the end of the story. In front of an investigator, “we said we fixed it” and “the roster shows we fixed it” are not the same sentence.
The two numbers on every duty
FI is the Fatigue Index, 0 to 100, weighing cumulative load, job demand and shift timing. RI is the Relative Risk, anchored so an FI of 30 reads 1.00x. Above that is worse than the reference pattern.
A high index is not a breach and a low one is not a defence. Statutory limits are checked separately and flagged separately.
